About Rother Valley Touring and Camping Park

Rother Valley Camping and Caravan Park is situated on the outskirts of Northiam on the East Sussex and Kent border. It is a secluded and safe park surrounded by beautiful open countryside yet is close to local amenities and attractions.

We have spacious pitches around the perimeter of our large main camping field and additional secluded alcove pitches in our wooded area. We leave the large meadow in the middle of the camping field empty so there is room for children and families to relax and play. There is an area of woodland with little dens for the children to explore and a woodland walk suitable for dogs.

The small children’s play area is in the main field with swings, slide, tower and sand table. Picnic tables are situated where you can take advantage of the beautiful views over the Rother Valley and watch the quaint steam trains chug past.

NEW TOILET AND WASH FACILITIES

We are pleased to announce that our new toilet and wash facilities are nearing completion and we anticipate will be fully functioning in time for the Easter weekend.

This new block will also include family and disabled facilities.

We welcome Caravans, Tourers, Camper Vans, Motorhomes and Tents

We can cater for caravans, tourers and motorhomes of all sizes with or without electric hook-up. We also of course welcome campers … and dogs are welcome too.

Our tariff is fair and uncomplicated with a very straightforward pricing structure. We will always aim to pitch families and friends together and allocate your pitch in the zone of your choice wherever possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

GLAMPING PODS

Try something a little different? We have two fantastic luxury Glamping Pods.

These new pods offer a unique camping experience accommodating two in a double pod and four in a 2 double bed pod.
Each pod has comfortable double beds, microwave oven, kettle and utensils/crockery. Bring your own bedding.

BELL TENTS

Experience camping but with some added luxury

Our new Bell Tents are fully equipped and ready for you to start your holiday immediately.

Each Bell Tent accommodates up to 4 people so are ideal for families and small groups and is equipped with a gas hob stove and kettle, Utensils & crockery (4 bowls, plates, knives forks spoons and teaspoons, cups and glasses. a saucepan), two camp lights, water carrier and cool box (swap service of cool blocks).

Just outside is your very own picnic table/bench and coal fired BBQ.
